QISON QS83-LT single-flange direct-mount level transmitter; the diaphragm-seal flange is mounted directly on the measured equipment without a capillary, giving fast response and low lag; direct-mount medium temperature does not exceed 185°C (limited by fill fluid).
Flanges are available in three forms: flat flange (P1–P7, DN25–DN100), raised flange (T4–T7) and flat-raised flange (Y1–Y4); diaphragm-seal fill fluids include DC200-1 silicone oil, KN17 silicone oil, KN3.2 ultra-high-temperature oil and coconut oil-M20; seven diaphragm materials are available, and adaptation to operating conditions is flexible via extension tube, diaphragm protrusion length and flange standard (ANSI/PN).
